What it costs
One plan, no tiers and no asterisks. Everything Litecta has is included in full.
Paying yearly is about 20% cheaper.
What is included
- A website with a portfolio, pages and an inquiry form
- CRM: inquiries, people, deals, reminders
- A yourname.litecta.com address or your own domain
- Several site languages
- Photo storage, the security certificate and updates — all on our side
- Support by email
There is no separate charge for traffic, for the number of photographs or for the number of inquiries.
Free at first
The invitation comes with a free period. We state its length in the invitation itself (usually three months), and the count starts not from the day the email was sent but from the day you opened the link and set a password.
A few days before it ends we send an email and show a notice in your account. No silent charges: continuing requires an action from you.
What happens if you stop paying
The most important part: nothing is deleted. When the term runs out, the public address closes — visitors see a short “site temporarily unavailable” page. Your account stays open: all your texts, photographs, pages and inquiries are in place and you can open them at any time.
If the site has been closed for a long time and you have not responded, we move it to the archive so the address is not held open. This is not deletion either: the data stays, and the site comes back exactly as it was as soon as you write.
You can take your texts and photographs at any moment, including after the site has closed: write to us and we will collect everything into a file.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on their page and never reach us — we see neither the number nor the code. The charge is taken automatically once a year or once a month, depending on what you chose; you can cancel the subscription yourself at any moment, and it stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount into your currency at its own rate and add an international payment fee — those are its terms, not ours.
Refunds have their own page: refunds.
