On the outside it is a page built by marketers specifically for photographers, so that more visitors get from looking to enquiring. On the inside it is a workspace that finds clients, writes your messages, issues invoices, assembles contracts and reminds you about every open thread in Telegram. The busywork stays in the workspace, the shoots stay with you.
Litecta is currently open to students of the photography academy. Leave your email and we will write to you when access opens up more widely.

Instagram shows your work to random people, so bookings arrive in waves and without any system. A month can end with almost no shoots even though you worked every day.
Writing first is daunting: it is unclear how to open and what to say next. Half of these conversations die on the second message.
Agreements are scattered across DMs, email and phone notes. A week later you cannot recall which price you quoted to whom, or who is still waiting for an answer.
Litecta takes on everything around the shoot: finding people, correspondence, documents, money and reminders. The shooting itself and your Instagram stay with you, and that is the only part left to do by hand.
This is the private half that only you see. It keeps clients, money, documents and dates in one place, so nothing has to be remembered separately.
The workspace searches the internet for people and venues that need a shoot in your city and builds a list with contacts. All that is left is choosing who to write to first.
First outreach, a nudge, moving a date, a polite refusal, a birthday note. The text is already written, you swap the name and send.
The workspace drafts the email for one specific person, pulling in their request and your shoot terms. You only reread the finished text and press send.
The workspace remembers who you met at events and who you have not written to in a while. Once a week it shows a short list of people worth touching base with.
The client fills in a form at a link and tells you themselves how many people are on the shoot, what the photos are for and what they definitely dislike. Half of all difficult shoots go wrong precisely because this only comes out on location.
Line items are pulled from the Services block of your website, and the total and deposit are calculated for you. The client receives a tidy document instead of a number in a chat message.
The contract assembles itself from the brief and the quote, and the client signs it with a finger right on their phone. The workspace records the time, the device and the document itself, so the agreement stops being merely verbal.
Shoot dates, delivery deadlines and client birthdays all sit in one calendar. The workspace warns you in advance, several days before the event itself.
The content plan is built from shoots you have already done, so you do not have to invent what to post each time. You set the days and times once a month.
The workspace is connected to an AI that suggests what to write to a client, what price to set and who to call back today. It sees your shoots and your correspondence, so the advice is specific to your situation.
Reminders arrive in Telegram: close the deal, issue the invoice, deliver the finished photos. You can reply right in the chat and the workspace files your answer into the client card itself.
In the morning you open the workspace and see who wrote overnight, who is long overdue an answer and which shoots are this week. None of it has to be held in your head any more.
The phone below is real: you can scroll inside it and press any button. A short tour starts on its own and shows where everything is, after which you can click the steps in any order.

Lviv and the region, natural light, no posing and no tension. Edited photos delivered in fourteen days.

It was our first time shooting as a whole family and not once did it feel like we had to pose.
MariaThe photos went straight into the menu and onto social media, nothing had to be redone.

Your website from the inside
Add a page from a ready-made template
These are the blocks of the home page; switch off the ones you do not need.
Three services with prices; drag to change the order.
This block is off, so it is not visible on the site right now.
Upload photos in bulk and drag to change the order.

Two client testimonials are in place; you can add as many as you like.
This is where inquiries enter the workspace.
The page structure was put together by marketers who have run ads for photographers for years. The order of the blocks, the headings and the buttons sit where they actually carry a visitor through to an inquiry, so the same number of views brings more bookings.
The blocks follow a proven order: work, services, prices, testimonials and the form, so you never have to invent a structure yourself.
You answer a few questions in a form and we write the selling copy for the page for you. The wording, the headings and the service descriptions arrive already done.
Pick up to three languages out of twenty-seven available and work in the language of the country you live in now. A visitor sees the page in their own language automatically.
Categories, a masonry cascade or even rows, your choice. A new shoot goes up in a minute and is on the site straight away.
Home, services, about me, prices, testimonials and contacts are already built, and blocks you do not need switch off with one toggle.
First yourname.litecta.com, and later you can connect your own domain, bought separately from a registrar.
per month
billed yearly, $144 in one payment
Month to month it is $15, so over a year the annual plan saves you $36. Prices are in US dollars and tax may be added depending on your country of residence. The subscription renews automatically, you can cancel at any time, and the site keeps working until the end of the paid period. This is the price at launch, and if it changes we will say so in the same email.
Access is currently open to students of the academy. Leave your email and you will get a message the moment we open access more widely.
The structure is already built; you change headings, text and photos right on the page. After that you can edit as much as you like, and every change is visible immediately.
Yes. The workspace is built for the phone: inquiries, replies and the board open from anywhere. Larger edits to the site are easier on a laptop.
Instagram gives you reach and there is no need to give it up. A website gives you something else: full-screen work, prices, an inquiry form and an address you can put in your profile bio or on an invoice.
The site switches off at the end of the paid period and the yourname.litecta.com address stops opening. Photos and the list of inquiries are kept for another 30 days, and you can export them during that time. Your own domain stays yours: it is bought in your name.
The structure is the same, but every site ends up looking different. The colours, the font, the order of the pages, the text and the photos are all your choice.
One email with the launch date and a link to get started. There will be no regular newsletter, and unsubscribing takes one click.
